Welcome to my blog! I am so happy that you dropped by. My name is Dr. Audrey Sue Cruz and I’m an Internal Medicine physician in Southern California. It’s always been a dream of mine to launch my own lifestyle, medicine, and travel blog. I feel grateful to be able to share my journey on Instagram and I’m so excited to share more of my life on this platform!
A little bit about me: I am 29 years old and I grew up in Honolulu, HI and Las Vegas, NV. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. Afterwards, I obtained my Medical Degree (M.D.) at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. After med school, I completed my Internal Medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California. Currently, I work as an Attending Physician at the same hospital where I am a full-time hospitalist and faculty member. My journey to become a physician has been such a whirlwind, but it has truly been the most rewarding experience. In my free time I enjoy traveling, reading, experimenting with beauty products, being a foodie, and binge-watching TV shows and movies.
I initially started my social media profile to show others that it’s possible to have a social life while being in residency. Never did I imagine that I’d connect with so many incredible people through social media. I am passionate about empowering others, providing inspiration, and collaborating with like-minded individuals. In this blog, you’ll find a variety of posts including my experience through residency and med school, study tips, travel stories, beauty tips, my weight loss journey, and more!
